The Secret Angel Foundation is an organization founded by Karina Santos and several others. We’ll discuss more about this wonderful organization and some details about its founder Karina Santos.

The Secret Angel Foundation was designed to provide a way for people to connect with their families, friends and communities. This applies largely to people who remain in acute or long term care and who may have difficulties maintaining close personal ties and spiritual support with people who mean the most to them.

There are wonderful tools now available to help people to stay in touch with others who otherwise would be separated by distance and circumstances. The Foundation also helps to foster new relationships gained through Internet communities in order to build more emotional support and strong well being.

The Secret Angel Foundation also promotes creative activities where patients can channel their energy and attention into fun and playful activities. These activities enable the participants to not only enjoy themselves but to give of themselves and thereby strengthen the community and those around them.

The Foundation’s founder and President Karina Santos has certainly played a significant role in the impact and growth of the organization. Karina was born in Chicago, IL and moved to Huntington Beach, CA where she spent a good part of her childhood.

She graduated from UCLA in 1991 with a BS in Psychology and a concentration in Healthcare Management. She used her education and training to form her own Practice Management consulting business. In this way she teaches healthcare professionals how to better their businesses.

Throughout her career, Karina realized that she wanted to make an impact on people’s lives and make a difference. She founded the Secret Angel Foundation to help accomplish this and give her an opportunity to give back.

Karina feels that giving and making a difference in people’s lives is truly the Gift of Life. It provides people with a sense of purpose and joy. She feels that if you take the time to look, you’ll find a Secret Angel in every one of us who is just waiting to spread their wings and fly.

When not supporting the foundation and attending to her many other responsibilities, Karina makes Southern California her primary home in order to be close to her business and family. She also makes NYC her part time home. On a personal note, Karina loves to travel as well as meet new people. She also loves to experience new cultures.

Her hobbies include skiing, wintertime activities, tennis and volleyball to name a few. This shows so many interests and passions from such a dedicated and caring person who truly does try to make a positive impact on people on a daily basis.
